REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Little Rock Workforce Investment Board (LRWIB) is hereby soliciting Request for Proposals for One-Stop Operator and to Provide/Deliver Core/Intensive/Training Services of up to $1,000,000 (one million dollars) for Workforce Investment Act Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Services in the City of Little Rock beginning July 1, 2008. 

Acceptable providers must come from qualified providers/agencies/entities. Acceptable providers will be considered as those providers/agencies/entities that have a minimum of three years experience as a One-Stop Operator or equivalent experience, and meet other specific criteria included in the Request for Proposal. 

Interested parties must submit a WRITTEN REQUEST for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Package for WIA Services. The written request may be submitted by mail, e-mail or hand delivered to W.J. Monagle, Executive Director, at the following address:

Each written request must be accompanied by a contact name, a return physical address, an email address and a telephone number whereby changes and alerts to the RFP can be made. The RFP package may be received by mail, e-mail or in-person at the above address. The LRWIB reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All proposals considered for funding must be received at the above address by April 11, 2008 at 4:30pm CST. Specific requirements are outlined in the RFP package. Funding is limited and is subject to federal WIA appropriations. Funds utilized for the purpose of responding to this RFP may not be included in final or actual funding amounts.
