About the Arkansas Workforce Center at Little Rock Work Incentive Program

Our Mission is to assure the integration of people with disabilities into the workforce investment system, including Wagner-Peyser and WIA services.

These objectives will be accomplished by

1. Providing an extensive array of assistive technology devices in the workforce centers
2. Providing staff whose primary mission is to coordinate services and opportunities for people with disabilities
3. Training other workforce center staff to serve people with disabilities
4. Providing these services in The Arkansas Workforce Center at Little Rock which offers immediate access to Wagner-Peyser and WIA Title I services.

Announcing a NEW Service!

The Arkansas Workforce Center at Little Rock and Arkansas Department of Workforce Services are now using Arkansas Joblink (AJL) to assist you in finding employment opportunities.

Using the Arkansas Joblink (AJL) self-service features you will be able to Create Your Own Job Seeker Account that will give you the ability to:

• Conduct a Job Search
• Build an on-line Resume
• Register with Job Service
• Receive emails on new job openings
• Access additional details and Jobseeker services
